Shocking the townsfolk

Waving at all the people with shocked faces walking down the sidewalk and at the traffic light (in their cars) with a huge goofy smile on my face! What’s the matter? Never seen a mermaid in the middle of town before? People were leaning out of their cars at the stop light with their camera phones taking photos, haha!
